Cancellation Policy

  1. The Cancellation needs to be done with in the 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours no cancellation query shall be entertained. The cancellation information need to be sent to account only.

 

  1. When the payment is made in cash then the refund shall be processed by mode of NEFT/cheque. KUTKUT will make refund NEFT / Cheque only in the registered name of the customer.

 

  1. When the payment is made using a Credit / Debit Card (or any form of online payment) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment is made.

 

  1. When a refund is to be made due to sizing issues from customer's end then the amount will be refunded in the form of Credit Voucher.

 

  1. We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step. When we validate your return, we will send you a return authorization mail.

 

  1. At the closure of your refund, we shall send you a closure mail for confirmation.

 

  1. In rare cases of Damaged/Defective/Incorrect product received, you need to inform us within 48 hours of Delivery.

 

  1. Once order is placed, order cannot be modified and changed. For any change Please get in touch

with help@kutkutstyle.com before order is processed at our warehouse.

 

Online refunds will be done in 5 to 7 Business days.


COD refunds will be done in 12 to 14 business days.
