Exchange Policy

KUTKUT products come with a 7-day exchange policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Condition of Product:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • Exchanges will only be accepted in the original packaging.
    • Any items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  2. Sizing Issues:

    • If there is a sizing issue due to an error on our part, we will arrange for product pickup.

    • If the sizing issue is due to the customer's error, the customer must courier the product to the following address:

      KUTKUT, B-144, PHASE 2, Noida-201304.

  3. Serviceable Locations:

    • The product can only be picked up if the city and location are serviceable.
  4. Validation and Authorization:

    • After validating the product, if we find that your exchange is valid, we will send you an authorization email for the return procedure.
    • The customer must ensure that we receive the return package within 7 days of sending the authorization email.
  5. Self-Shipping:

    • For self-shipping, please mention the Order No. on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.

    • Self-shipped packages need to be sent to the following address:

      KUTKUT, B-144 PHASE 2, NOIDA - 201304.

  6. Processing Time:

    • The entire process is expected to take at least 15 days.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Application:

    • When you apply for a return, once the product is received at our facility, we will process your refund within 1 week.
  2. Replacement Limit:

    • You can replace your order only one time.
