Shipping Policy

  1. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India, whether Prepaid or COD (Cash on Delivery).
    Please note: COD facility is not available if delivery is requested through local services like Porter.

  2. Delivery Timeline:

    • Delhi-NCR: 1–3 days

    • North India: 3–5 days

    • Rest of India: 5–7 days

  3. Video Proof for Missing Items: In case of any missing items, a parcel opening video is mandatory. Complaints without video proof will not be entertained.

  4. Delivery Delays: Unforeseen events such as courier delays, strikes, or adverse weather conditions may impact delivery. We will always do our best to ensure timely delivery.


Exchange Policy

By purchasing from KutKut, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before placing your order. For size, color, or product details, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9205002160.

  1. Product Details:

    • Minor color differences may occur due to screen resolution or photography lighting.

    • Handcrafted, block-printed, or embroidered products may have small inconsistencies, which are part of their uniqueness.

  2. Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale and discounted items

    • Diapers, Recovery/Surgical Suits, Toys, Hind Leg Supports

  3. Exchange Eligibility:

    • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged are eligible.

    • KutKut does not guarantee against post-wash shrinkage or color bleed.

  4. Exchange Request Timeline:

    • Inform our team within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    • Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9205002160 and get acknowledgment before sending.

    • Once approved, exchanges will be processed within 2 days from receipt of the original product.

  5. Return Policy and Address:

    • Customer must return products within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Return Address:

  6. Exchange Shipping:

    • Shipping cost for exchange is the customer’s responsibility.

    • Use traceable courier services to avoid lost shipments.

    • Our reverse pick-up service is available at ₹100 per product.

    • KutKut is not responsible for lost parcels; please take acknowledgment from the courier.


Refund Policy

  1. Refund Request:

    • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and sent back with original tags/box.

  2. Refund Deduction:

    • ₹100 will be deducted if you opt for our pick-up service.

    • No deduction if you ship the product back at your own cost.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be initiated after inspection of returned products.

    • Processing time: within 7 days of receipt at our warehouse.

  4. Refund Mode:

    • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7 days.

  • No Warranty After Use: KutKut does not provide warranty for shrinkage, fading, or fabric performance after washing.
