1. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India, whether Prepaid or COD (Cash on Delivery).
Please note that COD facility is not available if delivery is requested through local facilities like Porter.
2. Delivery Timeline:
Delhi-NCR: 1-3 days
North India: 3-5 days
Rest of India: 5-7 days
3. Video Proof for Missing Items: In the event of any missing items, we require a parcel opening video for any claims to be processed. Complaints without video evidence will not be entertained.
4. Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your products as per the estimated timelines, unforeseen events such as shipping partner delays, strikes, or adverse weather conditions may impact delivery times. Rest assured, we will do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Exchange Policy
By purchasing from KutKut, you agree to our terms and conditions. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions and images carefully before placing orders. 1. Product Details:
Minor color differences may occur due to the screen resolution of your device or lighting during photography.
Handcrafted, block-printed, or embroidered products may have minor inconsistencies, which are part of their unique manufacturing process.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items:
Sale and Discounted Items: Purchases made during sales or discounts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Exchange Eligibility:
Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged are eligible for exchange.
KutKut does not guarantee against post-wash fabric shrinkage or color bleed.
4. Exchange Request Timeline:
Customers must inform our team within 48 hours of receiving the product to request an exchange by contacting +91 9205002160.
You will need to get an acknowledgment from our team to proceed with the exchange.

6. Exchange Shipping:
The cost of exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
We recommend using traceable shipping methods to ensure the safe delivery of exchanged items.
Alternatively, you can use our reverse pick-up service, available at Rs. 100 per product.
KutKut will not be responsible for lost shipments. Please take acknowledgment from the courier person regarding the number of products being dispatched with their signature and contact details.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, in case a refund is necessary, our policy is as follows:
1. Refund Request: To request a refund, you must return the item in unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, along with the original tag and box.
2. Refund Deduction:
A Rs. 100 deduction will be made for return shipping charges if you opt for our pick-up service.
No deductions will be made if you send the product back at your own expense.
3. Refund Process:
Once the product is received at our warehouse and inspected for condition, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
4. Refund Mode:
Refunds will be credited back through the same payment method used for the purchase.
