The agreement is in between customer and KUTKUT, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees.
2.Orders will be executed only after realization of the payments in case of prepaid orders
3.Cash on delivery charges, as indicated, may apply over & above the offer price.
4.We will take between 2-10 days for delivery of order/gift, subject to stock availability
5.It will not be possible to cancel once the order is processed.
6.All orders are subject to acceptance by us and product availability
7.Sizes once confirmed will not be changed once order is processed .
8.Offer is available only till stocks last
9.In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. KUTKUT will not be liable for any credit card fraud.
10.Order Cancelled if for Website Error or for any other reason will be informed to customer within 24 Hrs.
11.In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
12.Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person specific.
13.Complaints filed in cases of fraudulence in payment/non-return of payment will be under jurisdiction of Noida.
14.Presently, the service(s) of KUTKUT Shopping are being offered free of cost. However, KUTKUT reserves the right to charge a fee for any or such facilities.
15.KUTKUT reserves the right to confirm and authenticate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly) and are suspected to be used in mal-intentions, KUTKUT has the right in its sole discretion to reject the order and debar the User from further interactions.
16.The color/look of the garment appearing as on the website may slightly differ from the actual product because of shading and light variations.
17.The person ordering must be eighteen years or older to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian
18.Applicable Laws ( Choice of Venue and Forum)
Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Noida , India, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the courts located in India country, Noida, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
19.Severability
Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to being void, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as void and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Conflict of terms
If there is a conflict or contradiction between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.
